I watched it last night. Other guy watching was somehow able to
determine that Mewtwo-like monster was girl at end of show. It makes
some sense, but he admits that there was nothing specific linking them.
Still, the Mewtwo vs Blue Dragon part was kind of out of place.

My verdict is "it's on drugs, but I can't figure out which ones."

MST3K lines:

white monster after locksmith guy walks by: "Can I has cheezburger?"
