Vince KNOWS who the guy is. Knows his real identity. He's just opted not to
do anything about him for reasons known only to himself.

Lawyers cost money, unless they take a percentage of a potential award,
and they only do that if they think the potential defendant has money
to take away.

If the lawyer includes complicity in the list, he can include Google in
the lawsuit. (He can include any other Usenet archive service, too, but
Google's the one with money.) This assumes that Vince has asked Google
to remove the libelous posting and that Google has refused, though...
