Yep. This is about the time of year--from right about now to about the
middle of the second week of June--that my sinuses basically render me
completely inoperable. No amount or combination of antihistamines and
decongestants has ever successfully cleared my head enough to allow me to
function during the spring months; the best I can hope for is to take two or
three doses of Benadryl each day and stay unconscious at least 10 hours of
each 16.

I have a lot of problems too with allegies and food sensitivities.

Using loratidine tablets, USP 10 mg AM and during exhaberation of
symptoms, another 10 in the PM. Had to give up the psuedo-ephedrine
and analogs after age of 50 or so due to blood pressure problems.

Early bout of warm weather in February brought on lots of
flowering
in the city's shrubs and trees. Not very comfortable. myself under
these conditions.
