That isn't an SRT file, it's an SSA file. Or maybe an ASS file; the 3,0
before the style name doesn't appear in any of the SSA files I have
readily to hand.

If changing the extension to .ssa or .ass doesn't help, you might need an
updated SSA filter. Or a tool to convert the file to an older version of
the format.
