The reason why I didn't list those two is because I don't have any of
their titles.

I thought that Kitty was part of Media Blasters, and I know that Anime
18 is a CPM brand.

I didn't realize that there were that many, but this seems to be a
world-wide list as they list Madman and ADV UK in there as well.
