I think it sounds INCREDIBLY optimistic for a first-time shot. Are you
sure you don't want to start out small and manageable and then grow?

I'm downloading the Toonzone Podcast to see how it sounds, and I'd love
to hear how they handled their first Podcast.

Radio Free Cybertron's been doing this for years, so they might be
another source of inspiration.

But hey, split up your MP3 into bite-sized chunks (2 or 3 MB) for
dialup users like me. If you can't do live call-ins from fans, read
and reply to emails in between shows for even more content later.
