Since you say it's not hard to figure out if a tank is tempered or not, then how are you going to tell if the tank is tempered? Look at it while standing on your head?

You need to admit that you can not be 100% sure whether or not any given tank is tempered, and what pieces of glass are tempered on the tank, and what pieces are not.
