Hmmm - no vaccinations? And we here in the US don't have Mad Cow
Disease or Hoof and Mouth Disease!

I would not dose a QT tank with meds unless I saw specific symptoms
because I believe it is irresponsible to do so...I don't even know where
for anti-bacterial stuff....they would be a tank of very stressed
fish having gone through all these medications....

No, since the fish already look to be healthy, a quarantine preventive
treatment starts with a teaspoon of salt per 5 gals.and 20% daily water
changes for 4 to 5 days while feeding a medicated food for 10 days. Day
5 or 6, start a 2 day treatment with fluke-tabs (for internal
parasites) if the fish are wild or pond raised, followed by a half dose
13 day (low dose) treatment of an anti-parasite medication.

Vaccinations are an entirely different matter....these are based on injecting anti-bodies for specific diseases not an all cure thing...some people refuse to vaccinate but I'm not sure why...so do you think that it is a commercially viable scenario to vaccinate all fish against every possible virus....if it could be done in the same way as can be done with a cat or dog then most would do it for their more expensive purchases but a 50p tetra I very much doubt it...plus I very much doubt the logistics of vaccinating a fish that small ...
