Sick Dutch Ram

Hi,
As per previous posts I bought 3 Dutch Rams around 2 weeks ago (one male/two females). A couple of days after buying them one of the females died. Now the remaining female does not appear to be at all well. She is very quiet and didn't feed this morning or properly yesterday (she had been eating with gusto). Gill movement is very rapid but there are no outward signs of any infections nor any evidence of any bullying going on (at least not during the day).
Tank is 15UK galls and very heavily planted with bogwood.
Ammonia is 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 0 and pH 8 - the same as they have at the LFS and they do acclimatize them prior to sale.
Other tank mates are:-
2 Dwarf Gouramis 5 Rummy Nose Tetras
The only thing I can think of is to do a water change - I could try putting her in a QT tank but last time I did that to a suspect Ram it died almost instantly....
Any suggestions greatly appreciated
Gill .
