Help I have ich

As the subject says I have ich. I have a comunity tank that I have set up. it was an established tank moved it to my place. and had a nitrite spike that I noticd after i bought 2 clown loaches and my test kit. I know bad Idea test kit first. But I am a newbie. Also when I fist got the aquarium I bouught 3 glowlight tetras. probably what caused the nitrite spike. Anyway one week late I now noticed some white spots on my western rainbow, and one of my glowlights is being lazy as well as my loaches whom have been lazy for 3 days now, although one is now more active with the nitrites at 0. I also have a somewhat planted tank. So my quesiton is what do I do?

If i get no responce to my question by the time i check in the mornig I will go to my LFS and ask them. I don't want any of my buddies to pass on me.
