A LFS that provides me good advice, even if it means that they don't make a
sale that moment, will have my business in the future.
Currently, I drive to the other side of town just so I can go that store
where I know that I'll get good professional advice. And yes, there were
times where they told me that I shouldn't add anything to my tank until I
get it properly tested and let things settle down a bit. So their prices
may be a bit higher and I have a longer drive.
Bottom line...
I know I'm getting the right kind of advice and that they truely care about
their pets, products and customers.
