'Kent' make two very good products which I am sure you would find
useful. 'Goldfish Essential Minerals' will add all the good trace
minerals and also, their other product, 'pH Stable' will hold the pH
effectively, if your water is soft, you would need to use a water
hardener, along with this in your storage vat. There is a good one by
'Interpet' and better than baking soda.
