Mail. Quote, or no quote? ... I have created a simple script to address
the issue. Let's call it WLM QuoteFix.
This has been discussed before. You have to install Autohotkey
(which I happen to use and love, but can be an obstacle for users who
don't already have it), *and* you have to run the script for every
single article. And that's if it works for all articles, which I'll
bet it doesn't.
