[Xnews] Scoring KEPT article scores all articles to that thread

I assign a score to KEPT articles (using the Misc tab in Setup).

Then when I right click an article to make it KEPT, all the other
articles in the thread get the same score. (Of course, not the
articles with yellow 9999.)

Is it possible to restrict the score to only the single article
marked as KEPT?
