I still use GG once in a while (like when at work at lunch), so
what I did was created a file with all the groups listed one
per line. Is there a way to import this list into slrn
so that all the groups are automatically added, rather
than having to add each one individually.
I think you want to *subscribe* automatically to groups, not add them.
OK, I'll see what I can do. Please understand that writing such a
script is a big challenge for me, since it's more complicated than
anything I've tried before. However, I enjoy a challenge, and I won't
offer you a script without testing it first. If I think it's buggy
I'll *tell* you that it's buggy.
Shouldn't you just be able to put a colon after the newsgroup name
and rename it to ~/.newsrc? Or does slrn use a non-standard
..newsrc?
