Well it looks like a bug,XPNenforces the use of a "%s" in the
parameter for the custom browser, but i don't think that the python
class "webbrower" expects a command with a '%s' in.

I'm not sure Patrick. Python doc is not very clear about the
webbrowser module, I'll have to check the sources ...
