There's no need to pick out the missing parts yourself. You could
transfer all the posts from that RAR from the secondary server, then
delete dupes in the queue folder before downloading.
If you want to be sure it will use your primary server where possible,
first mark all the available files as if for download, then transfer
complete posts from the alternate server. Do Group/Delete Duplicates,
unqueue the files and requeue the now-complete files. It's cumbersome,
but it ensures you get all possible files from your primary server.
