CASE! CASE! ;)

DNS isn't case-sensitive.

I KNOW! I've been encouraging him to observe it just the same as a
general habit to get into. We've been joking around about it. It's
okay, Peter; nothing's broken here.

Of course; but when you, Andrew and I joke around about such things,
the thousands, nay millions, of lurkers who take our every word as
Gospel truth may become confused.

Even if they start paying attention to case because they're confused,
they're still starting to pay attention to case.

The important thing is that UNIX filenames *are* case-sensitive. E.g.,
http://NeWs.ExAmPlE.CoM/index.html
will probably work, but
http://news.example.com/InDeX.hTmL
probably won't.

(Unless somebody has the misfortune to be hosting a Web site on a
Windows box.)

They're still doing that? ;)

So it's a good idea to use lower-case always, even when no standard
requires it.

That's what I said.
