Excellent! I've just had a quick read, not detailed and it's
late.

Trivial comments - In the scoring section in your "Key for Score
Settings" and "Idiot Filter" sample explanation you mention that
the "e" means skip all other tests, score only this one. I don't
think that's precisely correct. The "=" means don't process any
scores /after/ that one if it matches. It may have matched
previous rules, some of which may also have "=" score prefixes.
