MT-Newswatcher seems like a decent enough reader on the Mac, but I
can't figure out how to re-display articles after I've read them.
Seems like this would be pretty simple...

Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

The right direction?

A direct answer:
Mark Read = Command+M
Mark Unread = Command+U
http://www.smfr.org/mtnw/docs/Commands.html#Mark_Read

You can select and mark an article read or unread before you leave a
group, or you can select and mark a group as read or unread before
you open the group. Both actions use the same commands.

If it's a popular and very busy group, you may want to hold the
Option key down as you open the group after using Command+U (to limit
how many article headers to retrieve).

Yea but I don't mind them being marked read.. I just don't want them to
just disappear from the groups view.

For example, in Xananews you can show the read *and* unread threads
when you view a group. In MT-Newswatcher, the read articles
disappear.. And there doesn't seem to be a "toggle" to make them
visible again.
