Incorrect. They type of proxies you are looking at do not do NNTP.

Tunnelling would work and I think I found some software already.
Got a do some more reading.

I know everything about headers and I got more than 10 servers working
with Dialog (mostly even anonymizing servers), but I want to do some
specific thing.


Why not tell us what that specific thing is so we can help instead of
making us guess?
