If your goal is to avoid missing the valuable posts made with OE, it's
more practical to score up those three posters and use the general kill
rule on the rest. ;)

But he (Vance) can't do that! He can do the "score up those three
posters" bit, but not the "use the general kill rule on the rest" bit,
at least not without additional/different software.
