Re: [slrn] nnrpaccess parameter not working

I thought perhaps the fact that the login name requires a full e-mail
address is the problem, but I do not know what to do about that.

It only needed my username when I used it:

nnrpaccess "news.individual.net" "keeling" "$ELIDED"

That's what I tried at first, just the username, and it confused me
when I kept getting authentication failed. I have to enter the
domainname for it to work. Same thing when I use Mozilla for news; it
has to use the entire e-mail address. This is just what their server
requires.

What's the question? If you leave the password blank, you'll be asked
for the password. So?

Well, it still prompts for my username. Also, when I fill in the
password, it does not recognize that that's in there, either.

thanks,
K
