1) Most ISP NNTP servers have poor retention. By the time many people
read my post, the cited article has rolled off the server and the
person is left scratching his head as to what I'm talking about. In
fact, this is the case for me for the Message ID that you cited in your
post and "Q" corrected. (OTOH, Google URLs are good for years)

Or you can search for the MID in Google.
