XNEWS not finding all pars for binaries

Hello All,

I am having a problem I can not seem to debug. I have used XNews for years
now without a hitch but for the last couple of weeks it seems to not be
finding all the parts to binaries. I have tried entering numerous
differenat and disparate biniaries groups and in every single case every
binary is incomplete. It does not seem to amtter if they are JPG, MPG, MP3,
par, rar, you name it. Not a single complete part.

Is there a settgin I am missing somewhere? Is therea newsgroup issue in
general? Could it be an earthlink issue?

I have updated and run my virusscan several times to see if there was an
issue there. I have run AdAware and SpyBot Search and Destroy and found no
issues there either.

Any Ideas?
