Considering that unless you own the picture in print and can flip the page
open, the above would be impossible, no, niether have I. If you can SEE
it,
you have downloaded it. Even when you _view_ it in Xnews.
displayed it but not downloaded it. Downloaded means to have put a copy from
the source onto your computer. I have displayed many pictures in Xnews and
downloaded very few. For example to take your meaning I have seen many
freeware programs on the internet but unless i download then I just do not
have them and i cannot run them unless I download them. Just seeing them is
not downloading them.
