Readers with a killfile?

Hi there.
I was hoping some-one could advise me as to whether there is a good
newsreader with a killfile. Presently I have been favouring the layout
of google, but I would like to change. Could anyone recommend a nice
easy-to-learn newsreader?

I do quite like thunderbird, and have learnt to set it up myself, but
was a little disappointed by its apparent disability to thread posts,
although I suppose there is always the search function.
I don't much like outlook express either, but maybe I'm being to picky?

.
