Even though I use a premium server with RIDICULOUS binary
retention of nearly 2 months, I still get this problem once in a
while.
They won't admit to anything but they did fix the problem after
it continued for a few days and became annoying enough for me to
write to them.
Usually, just retrying will do it.
If not, I use the "override server" feature and that will 99.99%
of the time take care of it.
BTW I use the 3.5 year old version BTW because it is the last
official (non-test) release and I am very happy with it.
This happens maybe 5 times a year so I can live with it, and as
I said, the above measures will usually take care of the
problem.
Good luck.
