I've never heard that explained that way, and I've been using Windows
since version 1 - thanks. However, bug or not, it's counter-intuitive,
particularly when selecting a range of files to Open (or Cut/Copy). The
last one you select shows first in the file name list - so you have to
select the one you want first, last. The easiest way to do that is to
click on the last first, hold SHIFT and click on the first last.
