Perhaps you should try the group microsoft.public.outlookexpress.gen or
some other MS group, or the Microsoft 'knowledge base' website.

If you're looking for a better newsreader program, 'almost anything' would
do ;)) See <http://www.newsreaders.com/> for lists and links to available
software for your operating system.
