Probably in your case there is an article on nsr that causes the crash,
when you resubscripted the group with 10 new headers, you didn't dowload
that article so there was no problem.
Are you using a local server?
Could you try to subscribe nsr with more headers? I could send you a
modified version of XPN wich can help me to find the problem, if you
want send me an email.
