If everything is moving away from everything else, and if the
universe has no center, then in what direction is it moving?

Away.

If you take a round black balloon and put a quadrillion little white
dots on it, then slowly begin to inflate the balloon, then all the
little white dots will begin to simultaneously move away from one
another, while maintaining their cooresponding ratios of distance.
This is expansion. However, a radius of the ballon will locate a
center from which all dots are moving away from. The universe
has no center. So where is the "space" between matter coming
from?

All points are the center, and all points are expanding uniformly away.

Then thru mathematical triangulation, you will resolve direction,
which pinpoints the center, unless like the 2 dimensional surface
of an expanding balloon, everything seems to be just expanding.
Therefore the center, like the center of the balloon, is out of sight
and, obviously, perpendicular to the surface of time/space.

I> know, makes my head hurt too. The space between is coming from
where it wasn't
before.

New space magically growing? I don't have a problem with that.
Lucky Charms are magically delicious. Some mushrooms allow
you to see air, and warp rigid surfaces by thought suggestion,
so...yeah.
