..It depends what you mean by "here". To discuss the original post, if
"here" is the UK then they have the freedom to speak, but if that speech
incites race hatred, they face the penalty of the (criminal) law. If
"here" is the east coast US your headers suggest, you have the freedom to
speak, but if you libel someone you may face the pebnalty of the (civil)
law. If "here" is any one of this motley collection of newsgroups, yes,
you have the freedom to speak, but what you speak is racist crap, or even
just uninformed non-racist crap, then you will face the penalty of having
that crap exposed.
