Oh my lord, PJ. The amount of "legitimate" content I found for my book
that was completely copied from NIH without attribution was "INSANE." When
I say legitimate content, I mean from organizations and associations
specializing in mental health. A simple little footnote or "according to
the" and some quotes, for fucks sake! But, no.

I went back to the NIMH publication again and found this at the back: "All
material in this brochure is in the public domain and may be reproduced or
copied without permission from the Institute. Citation of the National
Institute of Mental Health as the source is appreciated." I suspect that's
the case with most all the info they provide; not *required* that they be
attributed, but anyone who doesn't is a clod.

I kept find this over, and over. I'd find a source (online version of a
medical journal or something) and since I was required to use the original
source (not quotes of quotes)

Any good writer hunts for original sources, whether required or not.

I'd dig back and find where it came from and find the same fucking text.
Not even an attempt to change the WORDS let alone... aw...

Anyway, if you take the time to follow it up, I'd salute you. I'm frankly
surprised with the amount of work you do you haven't found this before.
It's pathetic.

I'm probably just not as sharp as you.
