Ditto. Collections make me feel suffocated.

Sometimes collections creep up on me, though. We now have a super-cool pile of rocks on a bookshelf downstairs. Samples of different kinds of rocks, some with gem-like bits. All with the idea that someday Maya will become interested in rocks and we'll get books and study them. For now, they are crags full of dust.
