We are seeking a Jr-to-Mid level documentation specialist who has
experience with software documentation. We prefer candidates who come
from a Technical Tender writing background.
This is an opportunity to cross train on QA, Support and
Implementation with the ability to grow into software development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Research, prepare and maintain documentation and publications relating
to users, systems, programming, operations, products, and services.
Assist in developing and maintaining company wide documentation
standards and on-line access, archive and update procedures.
Work with business partners to integrate their product documentation
with the company's documentation.
Review and revise previously created documentation.
Create graphical images, flow charts, and diagrams for inclusion in
documentation.
Review, edit, and proofread materials written by others.
Work with development team to write requirements documents, use cases
and functional specifications for test plan development.
Work with Training and Implementation team to assist in the creation
and maintenance of training materials.
Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT / CS / Engineering /MCA
Experience :
Three / five or more years' related experience and/or training.
Preferred experience working in software development industry.
Computer Skills:
Must have excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office products,
Adobe Acrobat, RoboHelp.
Ability to use Visio, screen capture utilities, and other graphics
software such as PaintShop Pro, .Net development framework and/or
object oriented software.
Preference given to candidates with experience documenting
applications based on
Familiarity with NMS ,EMS ,CORBA based products and software
applications (e.g., Microsoft Customer Care Framework, Remedy,
Clarify) and application integration desired but not required for the
position.
