One might almost infer that the boy knew something that you didn't.
Probably not. _Saddam_ was prone to go to war for oil, and therefore
the entity with the most to fear from a hypothetically nuclear Iraq
was the Saudi monarchy. Because with nukes, Saddam could have taken on
the Saudis without the U.S. intervening.
So it really was about national security, but not so much the national
security of the U.S. or Israel for that matter.
