The FDA has just approved a "revolutionary" weight loss drug called Alli,

Apparently, they just dug a formerly unsuccessful diet drug from a
well-deserved grave, slapped an astronomical price on it, and put it
back on the shelf. The side effects (firehose *** and building
evacuations) are still with us.
Fats not absorbed high up in the digestive system survive into the
lower, which is nothing more than a lightweight, portable septic tank.
There we find lots of bacteria only too eager to go to work on it.
