By definition, I would say that those who actually are
persecuted are not paranoid. In paranoia, as in libel,
truth is an absolute defense.
unfortunately, truth isn't really much of an upside for
those experiencing the "persecution" (or the "libel").
sadly, we live in an ideal world for sadists (and terrorists).
