Hope, Sal, a bunch of folks who've been so kind ... please be patient,
things are getting better here, really they are, and in the next
couple of weeks or so, I'll get back to you all. I'm slowly pulling
all the *** together. The oldest in the family always gets the ***
to handle, specially if she's the only female. Maybe I'll get roses
one day. Here's hoping. Writing, I'll be honest, specially for work
and sharing stuff, is difficult these days. And I know I'm going over
the edge, just writing this post. Somehow though, I don't even care.

I wrote what I did because I have a close relative who I love very
much, who's crack-addicted. Real-life stuff. He is not a street
person, or a welfare-person (we are a family of middle class tax-
payers) - he's a professional in his field. But we are holding out for
a cure -- for treatment - somehow. It'd be the best birthday present
I could ever EVER hope for to get him back on track. That's what I
wish for, so drink a toast to that please. I'd be grateful.
