What kind of geek am I? I can't code my way out of a paper bag. The
biggest thrill that I ever enjoy is getting no errors on the W3C HTML
validator. Pathetic.

The only thing cheaper than a dime-a-dozen poet is a cartoonist.

You've heard of R Crumb's Kafka? A graphic novel.

R and I don't see eye-to-eye. I'm 100% digital, he's a diehard pen
and ink man. Why can't we all just get along?

I'll probably never get to meet him. He's an expatriate living with
his cartoonist wife in France.

Hope! Deal with him.

Thomas, Thomas, Thomas. Tsk tsk. Crumb tried to destroy all of Kafka's
writing while K lay on his deathbed, more accurately in his deathbed,
and not under it, as some have waggishly suggested. Luckily the
situation was saved by Josef Brodsky, or was it Brod Stewart? I always
get those guys mixed up.

Anyway if you insist on calling on Crumb, whose real name is Krum, I'm
happy to put you up, since I live in France, nearly. Let me know if
you'll be bringing Mrs. Mingo, so we can have the joists braced in the
spare room.

And I think that's all that needs to be said about that.
