I try to describe to lay people those project meetings where
reference books go flying across the room, erasers get bounced from
the foreheads of engineers and the absolute frustration of the
office help tasked with recording the proceedings of these meetings.

No one, save an engineer, can ever truly understand.

is but I'm not Alan.
