Then you're stating that the US does punish people who use a weapon

The Reader's Digest version of what I wrote, Haddud, is "That's a stupid
statement, and you're a stupid man."
I never stated that you could write. In fact, your writing is far
too close to the vernacular of your roots for my tastes.
If my neighbor's kid, in the dead of night, was pushing my lawn tractor
out of the garage, and I grabbed a shotgun off the wall and killed him,
do you think nothing would happen to me? That's theft at the level of a
felony, which certainly qualifies as "a crime," and at a minimum I'd be
charged with manslaughter.
Using a weapon means firing it? How odd. I guess with your limited
experience on that subject you'd treat it like a chain saw. Unless
it makes noise it isn't working? Is that your theory?
You're not a reasonable man, iggie. A reasonable man would use that
tool properly and detain the kid instead of shooting him. You have
not proven to me you should even be near a gun much less own one.
Maybe that's the way things are done in Backwater, Kentucky, iggie.
That's the way things are done everywhere in America, Hadduh.
You have no idea. Again, limited experience on your part. I can't
blame your ignorance entirely on your being born that way.
Now come back with a response that proves my original assertion, the one
below the quote at the beginning of this post.
Actually, you proved how absolutely ignorant YOU are instead. Well
