Carl has a great sense of humo(u)r; and since today was Fire Drill Day
for
the Community Volunteer Fire Department, we had them come out with their
truck and stand guard while the candles were lit.

The staff's hand, eh? Well, if Bush has hired a bunch of administrative
amputees as you imply, then he's in deeper trouble than we suspect. Let's
hope the one with the single remaining hand does a good job of puppetting.
But, in spite of that, God can do anything, and this is indeed a blessed
nation. Even you moderates sense that.
