Those two groups are not necessarily the same.

They do overlap, though.

....and I forgot to add, Arabs. Why, just look at the controversy over
the Dubai port deal. Or Michael Moore's portrayal of the Bush-Saudi
relationship. It's taken for granted that Arab = terrorist, but Bush is
too soft--and this is the _opposition's_ attitude.
