I mistakenly sent my post about actors staying annoyingly "in character"
while a film is shot, to your email address instead of to the group.
The 'self' is relatively plastic IMO; there are the masks that can come and
eventually go; it sounds like you've slipped into a novelistic mask; I
wouldn't worry about it too much; maybe give writing away for a month and
settle youself down.
