My old playground

I went searching at my elementary school. My old playground was in the
same spot but had been remodelled. My old playground. As an adult I
too had been remodelled. We stood there in the night regarding one
another. I remember tanbark. I remember the fight. I remember....
Walking toward the link fence to leave I heard the clink clink clink of
a chain that hung from a tetherball pole. My old playground at my
elementary school, it too remembers.
