So call the company and bitch about it. Remind them that he is not their
slave and slavery is illegal. Then he has to learn to put his foot down.
Either the next load gets me home or the truck can have a new driver. When
they say that isn't possible for another two weeks, then they need a new
driver.

I see no reason why any company has to keep a driver on the road
indefinitely.
