Honey, get used to it.
When I first started driving I worked for one of the largest companies in
the country. They had such a high turnover rate they were bringing in 200
people a week. I figured out that they were losing 10 drivers per day for
what ever reason.

What you may not understand is, he is not going to start the job right
away. He is going to orientation. That's usually 3 to 5 days long. Which is
what the other drivers are doing.

In case you're not aware of it, don't expect him home anytime in the next 3
to 4 weeks.
