and Little Calumet, were at or above flood stage on Sunday,
threatening homes, businesses and schools, the National Weather
Service said.

I finally found a website that list I80/94 as "closed due to high water" and
it is:

Today I saw a Dynamic Road Sign in Iowa on I80 that informs drivers that I80
is closed in Indiana.
